In Hitchin Hertfordshire, held at Charisma beads 18th August 2007 10.00am to 4.00pm Participants will practice and learn tubular right angle weave techniques and create bracelets/necklaces with a peyote stitch slider, this is from my first book "Beginner's Guide to Beading"
Saturday 3rd November 2007 10.00am to 4.00pm participants will be exploring and practising Chevron chain techniques, this is a versatile stitch that can be used to create all sorts of items, we will be creating a strunning choker from my second book "Beginner's Guide to Bead Netting"

Missenden Abbey weekend workshop 16th-18th May 2008 Paralelos concertina purse The pattern for this purse was inspired by and adapted from the paralelos stitch of the Saraguro beaders of Ecuador. It's featured in my latest book "Beginner's Guide to Bead Netting", students will learn the basic stitch and create this lovely purse - ideal as a gift for someone special or for yourself. Although participants can focus on this particular project, during the course of the weekend we will explore the techniques of bead netting specific to Ecuador.
